Today, 2nd June, 2009, is my dad's 95th birthday, but regretfully he passed away in Kelowna on 11th April. I was on my way to see him, but unfortunately he didn't know. If he had, I'm sure he would've hung on a little longer. I missed him by 2 hours!
His aim at this late stage in his life was to reach the age of his mother when she died - she was 96.
Rest in Peace, Dad. Say "Hi" to Mum.
